Orpheus data deletion request

Orpheus does not create user accounts. Your music library, playlists, queue, favourites, ratings, lyrics timing, playback settings, and visualizer data stay on your device.

Delete data stored on your device

You can delete Orpheus’s local data at any time by either:

1. Opening Android Settings > Apps > Orpheus > Storage & cache > Clear storage, or
2. Uninstalling Orpheus.

Either action deletes the app’s private database and preferences. Your original music files remain on your device unless you delete them separately.

Request deletion of service-linked data

To request help identifying and deleting data associated with an anonymous RevenueCat or Firebase installation identifier:

1. Email developer@blackandblue.co.in.
2. Use the subject Orpheus privacy request.
3. Describe whether your request concerns a purchase, analytics, or crash-reporting record. If needed, we will reply with instructions for finding the relevant anonymous identifier. Do not send passwords, complete purchase tokens, or payment-card information.

Black and Blue will process a verifiable request and ask its service providers to delete eligible data. Google Play, RevenueCat, Firebase, or Black and Blue may retain limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or operational records where required by law or legitimate operational requirements.
